How to get clear, smooth skin

1. Be healthy
Exercising actually does give you a beautiful glow. If you drink lots of water!! If you have sensitive skin, drink only about 6 glasses a day. Try to eat healthy too. Also, if you're exercising, DO NOT wear makeup.

2. Don't touch your face too much
All the bacteria you gather will travel to your face without you even knowing it! That's the same for your phone. All the lighting is really bad for your skin. So try lower it down a bit.

3. Buy makeup removing wipes, cleansing lotion, mosturizer and antibacterial soap. Get the right ones so they can suit your skin type.

4. Wash your face twice a day.
